Patch Notes for Version 3 (03/28/2023 Update)

- Optimized shadow maps in exteriors.

- Added graphics option for shadow map quality.

- Adjusted player movement with gamepad to feel more analog.

- Adjusted button hold-to-scroll time in menus to prevent accidental overscrolling.

- Reduced overall download size by removing redundant data files and applying audio compression.

- Resolution setting now also applies to 3D view.

- Resolved a texture memory "leak" with temporary spotlight shadow maps.
